Army Corpsmen training

Can anyone tell me who was better trained to treat battle casualties during WWII, an Army First Aidman of the 1940's, or an Army 91B of the 1970's.

What I'm looking for is just basic medical care a trained Army Medic would have faced during WWII

WAC Medics

Since we have female nurses being sent to the ETO, and there were some sent to the Pacific, especially the Philippines after the Invasion, does any know if enlisted WACS were trained as Medics and sent to the ETO to help the nurses in the hospitals, and the Surgical Hospitals?
