1944 or 2007 ?

Our first little snow event here in New Hampshire beat me to putting up my WC-54 for the Winter so I took her out to take some pictures.

Boy...those NDTs are good in the snow

German Med Crate stencils

Greetings All, I have access to non-military but similar appearing wood crates. They are not original but would make good "debris" dressing for my LHD. I am thinking about labeling them as Wehrmacht crates. Some Medical and some others. Anyone have any stencils or pictures of such. Thanks,...

http://www.halloweenworld.com/Pages/halloween.html

It is listed as item #8834 20 feet of Barb Wire.

I don't see it on the site. You may want to email them with the item number.

Thank you Alain, I have 2 Army Fire Trucks. A 325 that I just finished restoring and a 125 USAAF Crash Truck that is next on the list. Here is a factory photo of a Chevy 125 that shows the mounting of a 24 kit in a bracket. This is a early 1942 photo. http://www.firetrucks-atwar.com/images/Cus11007....

Greetings, I have had the same issue with displays at our Living History Events. I was able to purchase fake barb wire from a Halloween (That is a holiday where us Yanks dress up as Monsters and look for Candy...much like everyday life) supply house. It was very inexpensive at $4 USD for 20 feet. It...

The straps and loops are what I was thinking.

24 Unit vehicle kit mounting hardware.

I need to mount a 24 unit vehicle kit to the outside of my WWII Fire Truck. I know there was a specific mount built for the 12 man kit for the Jeep. Was there a mount built for the larger 24. I have seen custom brackets and in one case the kit held on by OD straps and footman loops at the four sides...

Ben, A per Doc Dean's suggestion I bought a Canvas painting cloth 11 feet by 8 feet to paint the Geneva cross on to place on the roof of my pyramid tent. The cloth was from Home Depot and is off white canvas. I went to the local craft store and asked a person what was the best paint to use on cloth/...

Ben, Thanks for the comments. The Tent...is another great story and score. I received a call from this gent who knows I am into WWII military stuff. He told me that he had one of his dads old tents in his attic and that it was stinking up his attic with that "old military smell". He said i...

Very good set up you have there. I would be interested to see the vehicle and accompanying trailer in a complete set up. Thanks for sharing that with us, Ben I had planned on a towing display but when I went to hook the trailer to the WC I found the landing gear pin damaged and not removeable so I ...
