I believe blue, yellow, blue with number 42567 to be related to the 116IR/29ID....

But the colors don't match...

There's no such thing as a Doc Roe Medical Bag. The one they used in the series was a one-off and was most probably basically a M1936 Canvas Bag (Musette) with a couple of extra flaps attached so that two individual FA pouches (M1942) could be hooked onto the flap of the bag.
