New member, yet long time collector

I started collecting US militaria back in 1971. I have a lot to share, yet am always wanting to learn more about our hobby.

Kit, Courier S2-1064

Another kit that I've owned for many years and know nothing about. Kit, Courier S2-1064. The M2 pouch is dated 1945. http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data/500/s2_1.JPG http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data/500/s2_2.JPG http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data/500/s2_3.JPG http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/d...

Artillery shell tube used as a medic kit

I picked this up a few years ago from an old time collector. He claims that he never added to it or changed anything. The cardboard tube was for a 155mm artillery shell, and the strap is a litter strap. http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data/500/tube_12.JPG http://www.surfacezero.com/g503/data/500/tub...

Re: oak chair

I'm sitting in that very chair here at my desk. It's very sturdy. The other one is on display in my museum building.

WW2 condoms

For my first post, I'd like to share a recent find since it bears a WW2 Medical Dept stock number.
