Re: Geneva Cross flag

Hi Guys, I'm afraid this is no standard/regular Geneva Convention Flag or Marker (QMC Stock No. 5-F-2150). I have no clue as to why it has that 'specific' shape, it just might have been adapted to fit in somewhere ... but the question, why and where, remains ! Just my two cents. Best, Alain

Re: Ethicon Sutures Item#37800

Hi Johan, Nice goodies ! The illustrated catgut sutures were used in Hospitals. They are absolutely WW2 vintage, as can be derived from the Item No. 37800. They belong to Class 3 Items - Surgical Appliances, Diagnostic Instruments, and Surgical Supplies. The unit cost in 1944 was US$ .15 / glass tub...

Re: Emergency Medical Tags

Hi Skylighter,
This certainly IS a reproduction.

Can you tell us who the "well-known" dealer is ?
Would you mind sharing the price he charged for the EMT ?
Did he tell you it was a genuine item ?

Thanks,

Alain
