Med Chest rebuilt, perhaps one day !

I am in search of measures to reproduce the med chest 1 and 2
where to get itself locks ressembling at WWII model ?

I have found nobody in the USA making a heavy duty chest latch that is close to what was used in WWII on these chests. I have 2 that need some repairs - I hope to find a damaged unit (someday) that I can rob hardware from. The hardware on the 1947 pattern footlocker is close - you might be able to come close using hardware off of an old footlocker.
