Janesville Triangular Bandage

Sat Jan 20, 2007 03:31

Here is a repro of the Janesville Triangular Bandage box. The bandage box should be printed on lightweight chipboard.

Enjoy! :D

Hi Firetoad

Many thanks for all the hard work you are putting in to reproduce these packs, they really are great.

If you are looking for a particular pack please let me know, I might have it and I would be happy to scan it for you

All the best

Just an observation, that is actually a US Navy Medical Item, as is indicated by the Item #.

Thanks for posting it Firetoad,
Ben

That is one thing that I certainly appreciate about the website: the vast and extreme wealth of knowledge that its members have! Thanks for the detailed eye!

Out of curiosity, what is it the stock number or the req. number that is the tip off? Is it just the number alone or the formatting of the number? Another question, although a naval item, would this have found its way (or similar items) into army supplies? Thanks!

BTW, I do have a wrapped original sitting on my desk that I copied this from.

Firetoad,

Many thanks for your kind words about the site. As for the information about the Item Number, it is indeed both the format of the number, and the number of digits which it contains. For further information, please visit the following page on our site:

http://www.med-dept.com/itemno_bg.php

I hope that contains the information you need.

Hope that helps,
Ben

I still have a few new, unused current-issue ones remaining from my own service, which haven't even been opened. Looks like it's just a matter of re-packaging!
