Hey town mate!!! :D

Thanks!
I've recently received a little 'Operation Room' closet. (I think it's a more recent one, I will post some photographs tomorrow)
(It also gives me more room to display my items, due to overfull show-cases  )

Regards,
Nicolas

A complete US aeronautic kit, which was found on an attic of a very old women which lives in Ghent.
Was brought to her home by a English tank commander (bit weird story)

It is in his complete condition, talon zipper, 1943 s froehlich nyc dated, all items are early war, morphine syrettes in not used condition, also the Up johns.

More photographs available if asked ;-)

Hi Akko

Looks very nice. Congratulations on your find.

Do you have any photos of the packed contents you could post. I would also be interested if you have any photos of the morphine box and wound tablets you could post.

Happy new year!

Hi Nicolas,

Congrats with your recent find ! Great item indeed ...
Btw, could you illustrate the front + rear view of the box (see your pic) with the following indications on the flap:

HALAZONE - 100 TABLETS
SULFADIAZINE - 8 TABLETS
0.5 GRAM EACH
SYRETTES - MORPHINE TARTRATE

I've never seen this combination before (in a single box) and wonder how it looks and who's the manufacturer/distributor ...

Thanks,
Alain :?:

Great items. thanks for posting the photos.

I, like Alain am interested in the halazine/sulfadiazine/morphine box as I have not previously seen reference to this.

It is indeed a great find.

Thanks everyone!
I also never seen a box like this, and I would like to post some photographs, but the funny part is, There's nothing on it...
Only the 3x halazone tablets, sulfadiazine tablets, syrettes morphine tartrate, and 1x open at opposite end...
So no distributor or manufacturer, to bad

Hi Alain,

No problem!
Maybe it was issued to every new made aeronautic kit?
But they removed the package because it wasn't handy and fast to use an item in it?

Awesome kit and great pictures of the contents. I just recently joined and this is what it is all about. I see you also have a very decent looking officers kit, very nice find.
