Checking in from Virginia...

Mon Feb 16, 2009 13:56

My name is Ryan Henry.

I am a WWII airborne medic re-enactor from Virginia Beach, VA.

The old site, WWIIcombatmedic, made by Alain and Dave Steinert, was my first point of reference in getting my kit together back in 2004.

Below is my unit's website. We do a lot of medical displays for the public, in addition to participating in tacticals, etc.

I also re-enact WWII "leg" infantry aid man (can do any Army division -- ETO, MTO, or PTO -- when the need calls for it), FMF corpsman (4th MARDIV), and early Korean War Aid Man (25th Division).

Great site y'all have here!

Welcome to the Forum, Ryan!
I hope that you will be able to share a lot of Medical information here on the site with our Forum members, and that it will assist with your Medical impression.
Thanks and all the best with your re-enactment,
Ben :)

Thanks for the warm welcome, Ben!

I still have a lot to learn about WWII medics, so bear with me!

Welcome Ryan! I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay as much as I have.
