intoduction

Thu Jul 16, 2009 23:51

Hi my name is Loz, I have be collecting and re-enacting as a medic for around 25 years, so have picked up a few bits along the way.I am currently the C. O. of Unit/ Detachment"A" 50th Field Hospital (WW2 LHA ) with the rank of 1st Lt. I have dragged my sorry ass around the ardennes with Alain many times. I have spent so much time (and money) on collecting I have never bothered with a commputer until now so this is all new to me.

ALL THE WAY!
LOZ.

Hi Loz,
It's always great to have another medic here, thanks for registering. Loz is a good guy and knowledgeable of the subject - I'm sure you'll be made to feel very welcome.
I might see you at Beltring next week, but as I mentioned in my email I can't make it down to Kelmarsh!
Thanks again, and welcome aboard!

Hi Loz,
Sure nice to hear from you again,
Yeah, I do remember some of the conversations we shared, during a number of hikes in the Belgian Ardennes .
My participation to "In the Footsteps of the 82d Airborne Division" goes back to 1983, and as far as I can remember I only missed two hikes (traveling o'seas for work) .
I gave up participating a few years ago, because of my poor physical condition and age combined with a few personal health problems, though I'll never forget the sometimes 'painful' experiences we shared, crossing valleys and hills ...
It's a pleasure to welcome you on board buddy !
All the best ,
