I got one from Stan Wolcott several years ago that looks pretty good. I think he still has them at $25 each.

Hio Skypig,
Stan's are OK, but last time I reviewed them there were a few typographical errors on them. Unfortunately, we can no longer offer the reproductions we had on our site because the materials Alain used to make them up have become unavailable. Other than Stan, I do not know of a source for reproductions at this time.
Thanks,
Ben ;)

Hello,

I'd like to create a copy for re-enactment, and I'd like a good one. So I've a question :?: Is there a carbon sheet between every of the twenty tags ? or only one we can remove ?

I'll post some pics of the booklet when I've done it...

Hello,

Here is my copy of the Medical tag Booklet I've just finished. I miss the cotton ties, but I'd like to find the good item to... What do you think about it ?

Impressive work. Looks really good.

Did you perforate the top of each tag so it could be torn out from the booklet and if so how did you do it?

Nice work!

Are the pages the original type of linen paper or just regular paper? Are you selling/trading soon? ;)

I have made these books up for my own use also, and of course you have to perforate the pages. Very easy to do. Simply run a stack of pages through a sewing machine without any thread installed. Experiment to see how many perforations per inch you need to allow your particuler paper to tear properly. Using a leather sewing needle allows you to perforate more pages at a time.

Thank you PAdoc for the information, I perforated the pages with a sharp cutter, but it's really difficult. Your way seems the best...

sgtpeter, I use regular paper for the first item I made. But in the future, I will try to find the good paper too. I don't think I'd sell the booklet, but I can made some to trade of course...

Andrewb, As I answer PAdoc, I've used a sharp cutter to perforate the tag, but it's not good as I'd like to...

Thanks to all for the help :)
