I must congratulate you guys for some very 'realistic' pictures !
Apart from a few less important details, you could improve your WW2 medical impressions by closely scrutinizing vintage images - this would help avoid some errors, such as medics wearing surgical gloves in the field, and using 3-pocket grenade carriers ... also try a uniform approach, and have people of one and the same unit wear identical uniform, gear, markings, identification, etc. this makes it more coherent .
This is not a criticism, I'm just trying to help .
