Peter
Those urethral syringes are tough to find. Asepto made them up until a few years ago. The larger 2 ounce surgical irrigation version is still made and available. I have been looking also, for over a year and no luck yet. Hayes Otoupalik has a similar syringe, but it too is the larger ear irrigation one with the black rubber tip. I will keep you in mind if I see any.

By the way, are you going to the Invasion of Normandy event at Fort Stevens next weekend?

Sounds good Dirk. Maybe we'll find a whole case of them :)

I won't be at Ft Stevens next weekend, however I will be at the encampment 19-22 Aug. Trying to figure out how to get the ambulance there - either drive it or trailer it.

I'm not sure as I haven't seen one for sale. Period 1 oz and 2 oz syringes are on ebay right now for about US$10. I think modern ones are about the same price. I did find 6 vietnam era 2 oz syringe for about US$20.

Sgtpeter,

I have two 38610 syringes for sale at EUR25,00 each. Box has some staining, but good enough for display or completing your MD2.

Bob,
If you don't mind, could you take clearer pictures of all sides of the boxes? My fiancee is going to start a business making repro boxes, cards, etc and this would be an interesting one given the tough time people have finding them.

@GliderRiderMedic: Well in fact, all the sides are white cardboard. No text or anything.

Outstanding. Are there any particular items that people would like to see reproductions of the containers for (for instance, things that might not have a lot of use or would be needed to be stuffed with the modern equivalent such as bandages)?

What are the dimensions of the carton? With permission, I'll post a free PDF for those of us without access to an original

I might be able to find some more 3861000 - Syringe, Uretheral Prophylaxis. Found a guy who has several of these syringes for sale. Sent him a e-mail about prices and quantity for sale.
