My Uncle Pfc Seymour Schwartz was a medic in the 302nd, of the 94th, most probably 2nd battalion. He was killed in the Battle of the Bulge, February 9, 1945 and received a Purple Heart and a Silver Star. I am writing a book about him and would like to talk to anyone who he might have treated or who knew him. He died when he stepped on a mine. He was trying to rescue a wounded comrade.

I was a patient at 4th general Hospital in New Guinea, 1945. 15 year old crew member on a gasoline tanker. I remember Miss Bogle and Miss Rice, nurses.
