28th October 2015 With the precious assistance of Technician 4th Grade Quentin C. Unruh and his proud son Cliff, we have now been able to finalise the editing of another Veteran's Testimony for our website. 18th August 2015 We are pleased to announce that with the precious assistance of Mary O'Malley (niece of Thomas A. O'Malley), we have now been able to complete the editing of another Unit History. This one looks at the World War Two service of the 34th Evacuation Hospital in the European Theater. 29th July 2015 With the precious assistance of John Gerstenschlager, cousin of Cpl. Delmar L. Gerstenschlager (who served with the Company B, 1st Medical Battalion) and Pierre Louis Gosselin of the Big Red One Assault Museum, we are pleased to announce that we have been able to compile another concise Unit History. This one looks at the service of the 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Infantry Division during WW2. 21st July 2015 With the precious assistance of Frank Tompkins (whose in-laws Technician 5th Grade Robert W. Frisbie, MD and 1st Lieutenant Cleo I. Pressnell, ANC served with the 107th Evac), his daughter for providing them with copies of the Report "Five Stars To Victory"; and Tom Garber, son of 1st Lieutenant Balbina B. Kolinka, ANC, who also served with this Hospital, we have now been able to compile a Unit History of the 107th Evacuation Hospital.
